of workshops, May through October.
This is an in-depth instruction into the
identification and harvesting of wild
edible plants of spring, summer and
fall. Nature's forgotten bounty is
literally all around us. Whether you
live in the city, suburbs or on top of
the mountain, delicious and nutritious
plants are everywhere! You just have to
know where to look and what to do with
them when you see 'em. Join your host
instructor, singer/songwriter Sean Rowe
and unlock the secrets of the wild
harvest!

*This is a very hands-on class with most
of the lecture time taking place on the
go, during field time. Locations will be
vary, depending on availability and
timing of edibility. Students are
required to bring gardening gloves,
clothes for wet weather and shoes/boots
that can get wet. Pack a lunch and bring
beverages for the day.
